RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

Would you like to cancel your order?

Cancellation is free of charge as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

As orders are typically processed within 24 hours, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and cancellation request.

Please note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted after prior approval from our customer support team.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

After this period, refunds or exchanges can no longer be processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Returns showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

• Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Any shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or other charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the appropriate return instructions.

INTERNATIONAL FULFILMENT

Velina Boutique Wien serves customers worldwide and works with international fulfilment and logistics partners.

Returns may therefore need to be sent to the warehouse responsible for processing your order.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by the responsible warehouse.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

Where available, we may offer exchanges for a different size or replacement item.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
